Gymnastics Camp

Chase has been in gymnastics camp all week, from 9-2 each day. He is loving it and it is wearing him out!

It's all we can do to get him to 7pm so we can put him in bed. The first night he was in bed before 7! Crazy! But he fell right to sleep and slept until 7 or so the next morning.

They do all kinds of things. They have a huge foam block pit, which is his favorite by far! Jumping on the trampoline is what they happened to be doing they day I came to pick him up and had the camera.

And this little girl can't wait until it's her turn. She gets to go to the preschool camp, which is the first week in August.

She loves watching the gymnasts. I told Phil that this may just be the beginning for us!

And look at that hair! I had to put that picture in.

The morning of the third day. He ate two plates full of food for breakfast- his and then his sister's. I think he's burning a lot of calories!

Gymnastics and No Dance

I bought some classes at Little Gym for the kids through Groupon. Chase loved his gymnastics classes! This kid is a monkey!
(Forgive the blurry pics. They may have been taken through the glass, not sure, Phil took them.) I would have registered him for regular classes there, but for one it's a thirty minute drive and for two he just started not only t-ball, but also swim lessons, so he's busy enough these days, as am I!
I'm sure that I will sign him up for gymnastics later though, if I can find any for boys around here. They seem to be mostly for girls.

I registered Julianna for a class that was half dance and half gymnastics. Well, she did NOT like the dance part, at all. But she did love the gymnastics part.
(But how cute is this dance outfit?!) So I put her in gymnastics-only classes after that, and she reminded me over and over again that she did not want to go to those dance classes any more.
Watching Chase through the glass. Parker just walked around the waiting room for hours stealing everyone's shoes and wearing them. Once he even walked over and drank a lady's drink! I was mortified!

So the trial classes are over and now we're just doing our normal thing. I'll probably look for a class for JuJu locally in late summer or fall.
