Snow Day

A couple of weeks ago, we got a dusting of snow, which is a big deal around here! For all of you who live where it snows often, you'll get a kick out of this- school was closed for 2 days due to this amount of snow. Crazy, I know!

Chase was really hoping to build a snowman, but there wasn't even enough snow to scrap up to build one. And I laugh at the toys my kids are playing with in the snow- golf clubs....

....and a rake from the beach. You can tell that we aren't used to snow. Hence the rain boots, lol.

I think we found Chase's snowman. :) Look at that nice, round belly!

And the redneck sled- a rubbermaid container.

We still could get more snow this year, even though it was 64 degrees here today! It seems to snow a lot here around Valentine's Day, so we'll see. For now, I'd much rather keep these warm temperatures and just keep trucking along to spring.
